Terms & Conditions
These terms explain the rules for using ARTSASA, browsing our collection, submitting enquiries and engaging with our gallery services.
Last updated: 12 September 2026
01. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using the ARTSASA website, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website.
These terms apply together with any additional terms that may apply to specific services, purchases, exhibitions or transactions.
02. Use of the website
You may use ARTSASA for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
You must not use the website in a way that could damage, disable, overburden or interfere with the operation or security of the website.
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems, data or areas of the website that are not intended for you.
03. Artworks and gallery listings
ARTSASA presents artworks for viewing, discovery, enquiry and, where applicable, acquisition.
Images and descriptions are provided to represent artworks as accurately as reasonably possible. Because artworks are physical, colours and appearance may vary between screens and the original work.
Artwork availability may change without notice. An artwork appearing on the website does not necessarily guarantee that it remains available for acquisition.
04. Prices and availability
Where prices are displayed on the website, they are provided for information and may be subject to change.
Additional costs may apply depending on the artwork, location, delivery arrangements, installation, taxes or other acquisition requirements.
A displayed price or an enquiry does not by itself constitute a completed sale unless ARTSASA has confirmed the transaction.
05. Artwork enquiries
When you submit an artwork enquiry, you agree to provide information that is accurate and sufficient for us to respond to your request.
An enquiry allows ARTSASA to discuss availability, pricing, acquisition arrangements and related details with you. It does not automatically create a binding purchase contract.
Final acquisition arrangements may require additional confirmation between you and ARTSASA.
06. Accounts
Some ARTSASA features may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your account information reasonably accurate and for taking reasonable steps to protect your login details.
You should notify ARTSASA if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
We may restrict or suspend access where we reasonably believe an account is being used fraudulently, unlawfully or in a manner that threatens the security of the website.
07. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the ARTSASA website, including its branding, design, text, graphics, layout and original website materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Artwork images and artist materials may belong to ARTSASA, artists, collectors or other rights holders. Viewing material on the website does not transfer ownership or grant you a licence to reproduce or commercially exploit it.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell or commercially exploit protected website or artwork material without appropriate permission from the relevant rights holder.
08. Website content
We work to keep information on ARTSASA accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that every description, image, price, availability status or other piece of information will always be complete, current or error-free.
We may update, remove or change website content, artwork listings, services or features at any time.
09. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ARTSASA will not be responsible for losses resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including interruptions to internet services, hosting infrastructure, third-party services or other technical failures.
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
10. Changes to these terms
ARTSASA may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary to reflect changes to our services, website or legal obligations.
The latest version will always be published on this page with the relevant "Last updated" date.
Your continued use of the website after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms, to the extent permitted by law.
